The mission of the Sequoia Regional Leadership (SRL) Program is to develop effective and visionary leaders with the leadership skills, values and knowledge necessary to sustain successful and unique communities.

SRL is a collaborative effort by several communities to serve the individuals of Goshen, Farmersville, Exeter, Woodlake, Lemon Cove, Three Rivers, Visalia and the surrounding area. SRL explores diverse resources available through governmental, non-profit and private agencies helping participants to discover the skills necessary for successful problem-solving, issue resolution, and community visioning. All applications will be handled in the strictest confidence. Applicants are encouraged to devote time and serious thought to the preparation of this application.
